1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Certain items such as intimate wear, customized products, or sale items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, follow these steps:
- Contact our Support Team: Send an email to Support@glockdevice.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item if necessary.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions, including the return address.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, return the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- If the returned item is received and inspected, and meets the eligibility criteria.
- If your order was canceled before the item was shipped.
- If the product is found defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery without prior authorization.
- Items purchased during promotional sales, unless they arrive defective.
6. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or item, you may request an exchange by contacting us at Support@glockdevice.com.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7. Canceling an Order
- Orders can be canceled if the request is made within 12 hours of purchase.
- After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped, making cancellations unavailable.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item:
- Contact Support@glockdevice.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and a description of the issue.
- We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
9. Multiple Shipments and Returns
As a dropshipping store, products may be shipped directly from manufacturers. If you ordered multiple items, they might arrive in separate packages.
- Each item will have its own tracking number, and returns may need to be sent to different addresses.
